We spark innovation in young people.

Run the Future inspires young people to see a different version of success for themselves, and helps them shape their own futures. It builds their confidence to try new things, which will serve them well in life - whatever path they choose.

  • Our action-oriented course teaches innovation skills through identity-affirming, real-world learning experiences. Participants ages 16-26 transform into innovators, and develop a strong sense of self, while building both durable skills and tangible outputs that support success in a variety of pathways, including college, career, and entrepreneurship.

Innovators work closely with peers to develop skills which are mapped to entrepreneurial success as well as success in more traditional college and career pathways using the CREATE framework.

Skills Development

Innovators develop their innovator identity through structured self-reflection activities, identity-affirming content, and by persisting on their journey as a problem-solver or entrepreneur.

Identity Formation

Innovators make measurable progress through real-world entrepreneurial activities in each lesson, such as prototyping and giving/receiving feedback. Each innovator will build out a pitch deck and demo for their venture concept.

Real-World Experience

Innovators experience a supportive network and peer relationships that will help propel them forward in their entrepreneurial journey or other career pathways.
